- 20 indoor pickleball courts, allowing 80-160 players to play at once (and more with additional rotations!)

- On-site cafe, Mainstay Provisions with a highly experienced catering team.
- Full-building liquor license.
- The Loft lounge, a separate gathering space for up to 45 people.
- Robust AV: full-building sound system with five zones; 65 inch digital screens on all courts; PlaySight video recording on all courts; digital wall in Loft gathering space.
- Accessible and gender-neutral restrooms, showers.
- All levels are serviced by an elevator.
- 53 parking spaces on-site in a private lot, covered bike parking.

With 54,000 square feet of playing and gathering space, The Palms has options for every size of event.
Smaller Events – 45 people or less
The Loft Lounge
The Palms can host smaller events (up to 45 people) in The Loft Lounge. Gather your guests before, after or during your pickleball play!
- Mezzanine space overlooking the first floor of courts.
- Nine-screen digital wall that is fully programmable, with a dedicated sound system.
- Note that this space is open to the courts below.
- Adjacent gender-neutral restrooms.
- Branded signage opportunities.
- Option to add on reservations for adjacent courts
Larger Events – Over 45 people
On-court gatherings
Larger events can include gathering spaces directly on the courts themselves.
- One or more courts are covered with pads and flooring.
- Mobile bars, food & beverage stations, DJ stations and more can be set up within the courts on Level 1 or 3.
- AV on courts includes PlaySight cameras, individual court 65 inch monitors, speakers. Five zone sound system includes all spaces.
- Note that the fencing around the courts is moveable.
- Branded signage opportunities are available as well!
