• Membership and Account Registration. Memberships and accounts are created and managed through our third-party booking and membership platform, Playbypoint. When you sign up for a membership, you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, and payment information directly to Playbypoint. Playbypoint shares certain account details with us so we can manage your membership and provide services to you.
• Communications. If you contact us by email or through a form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to send (such as your name, email, and the contents of your message).
• Pro Shop Purchases. Purchases from our pro shop are processed through Shopify. When you make a purchase, you provide information such as your name, shipping address, email, and payment information directly to Shopify, which shares certain transaction details with us so we can fulfill and support your order.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address (typically anonymized), device and browser type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring website, and general location (for example, city or region). This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below.

a. Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the Site and provide our services. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. They include:

• Playbypoint — our membership, scheduling, and payment platform. When you create an account or make a payment, your information (including payment details) is collected and processed by Playbypoint under their own privacy policy. • Shopify — powers our pro shop and processes related payments under their own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — helps us understand Site usage.

Payments for memberships and other services are processed through Playbypoint and its payment processors. Pro shop purchases are processed through Shopify and its payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems. Any payment information you provide is handled by Playbypoint and its processors in accordance with their privacy and security practices.

5. Your Choices

• Newsletter Opt-Out. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in any email we send, or by contacting us at the email address below.
• Account Information. You can update or delete your membership account information by logging into your account or by contacting us so we can help.
• Cookies. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the link in Section 1.
