Simply wander into the on-site café, Mainstay Provisions at The Palms.

Overlooking the third floor courts, Mainstay Provisions at The Palms offers grab-and-go and made-to-order specialties featuring housemade soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries and desserts, as well as Ladro Roasting espresso beverages, smoothies and a wide assortment of local and international beers and wines. YUM!

Mainstay Provisions Hours:

7 am – 8 pm Sunday – Thursday
7 am – 10 pm Friday and Saturday

Grab-n-go items are available all hours that The Palms is open.

Mainstay Provisions at The Palms is open to the public. Everyone is welcome, whether playing pickleball or not.

A bit about Mainstay

Mainstay is owned and operated by Ballard locals, Thom Koschwanez and Ashley Thompson in partnership with Thom’s parents, John and Katherine Koschwanez. Thom is a chef-alumnus of Ethan Stowell Restaurants with over 25 years in the restaurant industry. With two additional locations in Ballard and Denny Triangle, the Mainstay team utilizes fresh, unique ingredients curated to highlight techniques one usually reserves for fine dining, but with prices one hopes to find at their corner store.
