It’s PRIDE & PICKLE Night at The Palms!

The Palms is excited to host PRIDE & PICKLE as a part of our August opening celebration!

Seattle Pride and The Palms are teaming up for a night of pickleball for everyone — an all-levels community night with 20 courts, a DJ, and everybody under one roof.

Bring your crew, meet somebody new, and play ball.

What’s happening:

4:30 PM — Doors open, DJ starts, welcome from The Palms
4:45 PM — Intro to Pickleball (30 min) on courts 8–10, led by our coaches. Never held a paddle? Start with this quick class!
After — Open play for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced across 20 courts.
7:30 PM — Raffle, thank-yous, and last call

What to bring:

Non-marking shoes and a water bottle (water fountains available). Feel free to bring your paddle if you have one, but paddles and balls will be provided. Demo paddles will be out if you want to try something new before you buy.

Food & drinks:

Mainstay Provisions at The Palms will be open all night, with refreshments available for purchase. The first 20 people through the door get a drink ticket on us.

Getting here:

We’re right on the RapidRide D Line bus route, with a stop out front and free on-site parking as well as covered bike parking.
